Where is your shop?
We do not have physical shop. We are selling directly from manufacture factory.

How to buy?
Add the item you want into cart, proceed to payment and fill up the required details correctly. Once order is succesfully paid, order will be processed to ship out.

Is the product assembled/installed?
No, all the items are self assembly. Please refer to product description of the item to be accurate.

Do Homatrix provide assembly service?
No, we do not provide assembly service.

Is the item hard to assembly/installed?
It's dependent, do contact us to ask accordingly.

How is the delivery?
The item will be delivered by third party logistic courier.

How can i track my parcel?
Tracking number of the courier will be provided after shipping out.

Is the item hard to assembly/installed?
Delivery will normally takes 4-7 working days (excluded weekends and public holidays).

Where is the coverage area of delivery?
We can deliver in West Malaysia (excluded Felda, Felcra, island and highland area). To be specified, do contact us for a check.

How is the delivery process?

What should I do if an item from my delivery is missing or defective?
Missing/ defective item shall be notified within 7 days after received. Please take photos as evidences and contact us for assistance.

Will I get receipt/invoice for my order?
Yes, invoice is available upon request.

Can I change/amend/modify my order?
Yes, it is possible before item shipped out. Please contact us to modify.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can still cancel the order before item is shipped out. Shipped out order cannot be cancelled. 

When can I get refund for my canceled order?
Refund will be issued within 5 working days after the cancellation of order.

Can I exchange the item received?
No, sold item cannot be exchanged.
