If you found any problem with your item received, we're here to help .

- For any case of defective item received, we will arrange to send replacement.

- Please take photos/videos as evidences of the defective part and contact us for further arrangement.

- Defective item shall be notified within 7 days after received.

- After 7 days, the defect will be considered as damage caused by buyers themselves.

- Exchange of item is not permitted.
