Delivery Process

- Item will be delivered within 4 to 7 working days after payment made. Unpaid order will not be processed.

- Item is shipped by third party logistic company.

- After received, buyer is advised to check carefully on the item and quantity.

- Shall there be any missing or defect, buyer shall contact us within 7 days.

- Please take photos/videos as evidences of the defective part.

- We will be sending replacements or other arrangement based on the actual condition.

Self Pick Up

- You can pick up your order at our warehouse store after 2 working days of the order paid as we need time to assemble. Please contact us for the date arrangement of self pick up.

- Check our store location here. (For pick up order only, no walk-in)

- Since the items are huge in size, please make sure your vehicle is able to fit in and you have enough manpower to carry it. You may contact us for enquiry on vehicle and manpower suggestion.
